Default 2013 Ram 1500 Fuel monitors issues

I am having an issue with my 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 5.7 with roughly 75,000 miles on it. I'm from Northwest Indiana and in my county I am required to get emissions testing. The truck hasn't had a CEL on or anything on it, I took it to the testing site and it failed for the fuel readiness monitor not being ready. I couldn't find too much info on the problem so I started with testing the battery which is good. I understand disconnecting it resets the data in the pcm. I then followed a drive cycle to get monitors to set which i let the truck idle for about 15 mins from a cold start. I checked with my scanner and had a stored misfire code for #8. I ended up changing all of my plugs. Then I tried the drive cycle again and have been driving it to work and back for a couple weeks which adds up to about 500 miles or more. I have checked again with my scanner and no codes and the fuel monitor is still not set, I am lost on where to go from here and hoping its not the pcm, any advice on what to check? Thanks I appreciate it in advance!
