Default 2011 ram 1500 5.7 hemi v8 - starting problems in cold weather

I live in Iowa and during the last couple weeks we have had some cold weather 30 degrees all the way down to -20 degrees. During this time my truck has had trouble starting. It will crank and fire up but after about a second or two at most it just dies again. Eventually I can get it to start and then it is fine the rest of the day and will run all day without any problems but the next morning it will do the same thing. It crank just fine but the more I crank it it doesn't do anything. If it doesn't fire within the first 2-3 cranks then it's not going to do anything. I just had all the spark plugs replaced. I have thought that I might need a new fuel pump but once it starts it runs just fine. The only problem is just getting it to start.

The truck has 160,000 miles.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be.

Try some heet or similar thing. may have some water/moisture build up blocking the fuel line.

An idea to check if its the fuel pump, turn the truck to on, but not to start, you should hear the fuel pump kick on. Try that a few times if it doesn't start the first time.
