I have a 2014 ram 1500 sport and my 8.4 Uconnect doesn't have the apps icon like some of the other radios. Is there an upgrade or do I have to change radios

 

I suggest you get on youtube and search uconnect. The radio is very expensive... you don't want to think about replacing it if you don't have to. All features are software controlled. Step number one is determining what software version you have and what the current version of the software is. You will need a USB thumbdrive of 16 GIG capacity I believe to download and update your uconnect software. Youtube search can take you into many topics of uconnect. Start digging around there.
