2018 sport - Noise while coasting and braking

Anyone know what this noise could be? Whenever I drive and coast (80km or below) or start to brake, this noise is prominent. It sounds like its coming from the front driver side. It doesn't make noise when accelerating but it does when it's decelerating and braking.

Notice it a lot more when MDS is off (manual gears -/+).

When MDS is on, I don't hear it as much, only when I start to brake.

The dealership did notice rush on the rotors and they said they were able to clean it up but its been like this since I got it back.

I rolled the windows down but couldn't hear..wind and all.
