Hello all. I am about to purchase a 2010 1500 with 5.7L hemi. My buddy has had and still has some Rams as he is a landscaper. His are mostly 2500 and 3500 models.

He said the only issues with the Rams is that the transmissions can suddenly fail.

Is this an issue with 2009 or 2010 Rams ?

Or just in those larger models when towing a lot
