Default 2016 Cummins 68RFE issues

I have a 2016 2500 Cummins with 106xxx on the odometer. 68RFE transmission 4x4. Deleted and tuned with EZ Lynk with CTT tunes with TCM tunes. I was driving through a small town and my rig has never missed a beat transmission wise, never slipped never nothing. Shifts great. Anyhow I was coming out of town in 3rd gear and it wouldn’t ever shift out, I tried manually shifting it on the buttons but it wouldn’t shift out, I have late 3rd gear lock up on my tunes but I would get up to 2500RPM’s or even a little higher and it would never shift out. My transmission temp got up to about 200 before I got it slowed down and to a stop. Checked for leaks, none, fluid level good. Got back in to limp it home, and I had no reverse or any gears in drive. Ended up towing it home. I am fairly mechanically savvy, but this newer more electrical systems I am not very experienced with. When I first looked at the codes on EZ LYNK I got code P0733 and P0868. Gear ratio error in 3rd and Gov pressure sensor volts to high. Is there any solenoids to check? Or anything I can do before I entertain the idea of a rebuild? I’m only 21 years old so I won’t be able to do a rebuild myself so just seeing if there was anything I could check before such thoughts. Thanks in advance for any advice I can receive!
