Default Phoenix Tesla Radio Replacement

I’m unable to get my stock RHR 730N radio to power up. Single 30 amp Fuse is good and I don’t think there are anymore fuses associated with the radio on a 2012 3500 Limited. I still need to check for power at the connection to the radio if I can figure out which wires supply power. I need a wiring diagram if some can refer.

Assuming it’s the radio itself, I will need to replace. Couple of questions. 1. Has anyone sent their stock radio for repair? $299.00 at Infotainment. What was your experience and do you recommend? 2. Has anyone replaced their stock radio with the Tesla style radio? Good or bad? Did you lose any stock functions like Uconnect?

Thanks for the info.
