Default Changed gage cluster now horn and EVIC buttons don't work

I have a 2012 RAM 2500 4x4 SLT that I bought recently. The gage cluster was a mess, the cover was off, several backlights out, etc. Not knowing any better, I bought one from eBay that was from the same year and very similar miles. The plug on the right (closest to the passenger's side) was very difficult to get out and there is the possibility that the plug or wiring could have been damaged. The new cluster came up, all the gages worked, and it looked great. However the horn does not work and the left buttons for the EVIC do not respond. The right buttons for cruise control etc. work fine.

I didn't touch the clockspring or any other wiring.

Any suggestions on how to get the horn and EVIC buttons working again?
