Default Additive for high mileage transmission?

My 2010 Ram 1500 with 330k miles has never had the transmission fluid changed. I was told and have read that I should not change it now as it will probably cause the transmission to fail. I’m trying to get to the bottom of the vibration/shuttering in my truck and someone mentioned a mopar sedative that will instantly clean it. Should I add it or stay away? I don’t want to make anything worse.

Dropping the pan and changing the filter is ok to do. Additives are bandaids.

thank you! I had no idea there was a filter in there!
turns out my torque converter is going bad. I was advised to add the shutter fix to help it until I can get it replaced.

I think there might actually be 2 filters in the trans.

In my experience with my old ram there were shift solenoids that would get plugged up with metal shavings removing and cleaning the solenoid as well as changing the filter and fluid made a big difference for me on my old truck and bought me a whole year before having to have it rebuilt anyway.. of course this was with the old 46re in my second gen ram..
