If the 2018 is like my 2014, you may need to pull the headlight assemblies out to replace some of the bulbs. But first, there should be a little access hole in the upper front of each wheel well liner. There will be a cap over it. On my 2014 the cap is round and requires about a 1/4 to 1/2 turn to disengage the cap. Once the cap is off, you may be able to reach the back side of the bulbs, but if not, there will be a while locking tab for the headlight assembly that can be released from the access hole. I think you have to push the tab up to unlock the headlight assembly.

On my truck the headlight assemblies will not come out without also removing the grill. That's not terribly difficult and should be rather self explanatory. If I recall correctly, the headlight assemblies are just snapped in other than the locking tab mentioned in the above paragraph.
