Unhappy 2nd turbo

Hello all needing advice. I just finished rebuilding the engine on my 2009 Ram 2500 with 6.7. I replaced the rings, rod bearings, head and gasket, injectors and tubes. my problem two days after the rebuild the turbo went bad and started leaking oil and smoking very badly after letting off of the accelerator. Thinking I messed up the ring arrangement on the install. Upon removal of the intake I realized the turbo was bad. I purchased one from a pick and pull. Four days after the install of this turbo it started doing the same thing, smoking after releasing the accelerator. Is it more likely the 2nd turbo has issues, I inspected and the shaft was tight and spun freely. Does my engine have an issue causing the turbo failure, or did I botch the installation. Any incite is appreciated. Before you make fun I originally purchased all the parts for a re-ring only but once inside the engine it needed pistons and injectors so I was a little tapped at the time.

What's wrong with the pistons? Did you hone the cylinders? If the shaft of the turbo was good i would have rebuilt it rather than getting a another used one.

Originally the number 3 injector hung open and fried that piston so I pulled them all number 5 and 6 had broken rings. Yes I did hone the cylinder walls with a 4.25 ball hone. I will be having the next one rebuilt
