Default RF Hub replace

Hey, I'm trying to replace my RF Hub on a 2013 Ram 1500 5.7 L V8. I assume the procedure is the same for, at least, all models using FOBIKs which mine does. The following is my workflow and I'm at a loss why it's failing.
  • AlfaOBD RF Hub reset/replace function indicates that FOBIKs must be programmed to the new hub prior to running the reset/replace function.
  • I physically replaced the RF Hub behind the back seat.
  • In AIfaOBD:
    • I made a bluetooth connection to OBDlink MX+ and AlfaOBD acknowledges the connection.
    • I selected the Ram 1500.
    • I selected the RF Hub.
    • I selected the proper control unit for my 2013 model.
    • AlfaOBD acknowledged the connection to the hub.
    • I selected the icon of the Fiat with the hood up at lower right.
    • Programmed FOBIKs are in the cab and ignition is in the LOCK state as directed by AlfaOBD.
    • I selected to program the ignition FOBIKs baseline system.
    • I enter 0000 for the pin.
      • BTW, I have verified that this new hub has 0000 for the pin with the Read Pin function.
    • I started the procedure and it failed saying “Try again.”
    • I tried again and it failed saying “Failed. Conditions not correct or request sequence error.”
Any help out there? TIA
