Default 2017 Ram 3.6 Transmission Pan/Filter

My truck's factory original transmission pan has a drain plug. My local dealer's computer now shows that the new filter/pan does not have a drain plug. My original drain plug pan is part #68233701AC, which has been replaced with part # 52854834AB which does not have a drain plug. The parts guy said the dealer uses a lot of these new pans, but he did not realize the new ones did not have a drain plug. Aftermarket pans do have a drain plug, but I prefer not to go that route, as some get bad reviews for leaking. Anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks for any help.
