Default Flapping sounds issue

Hello everyone, I own a 2015 ram 1500 4x4 I have came across on issue lile a flapping sound on drivers rear tire. It is a continuous sound -goes faster as I accelerate, slowes down when I decelerate.
I converted the video into mp3

I think he was referring to the groove / tread of one of the tires. That sound would warrant checking the tread surfaces of the tires, and if nothing is found there, then checking for something rubbing in the brake rotors/assemblies.
