Long cranking time
I have a 2017 Ram 1500 and about three months ago I noticed any time my truck hits a half a tank or below it takes about 20+ seconds to crank before turning over if it has sat for a short period of time. I changed out the fuel pump two months ago and it seemed like it fixed the problem. Now the other day, slightly below a half a tank it did the same thing….. it has not thrown a code and runs great after starting up. It’s weird because the new fuel pump seemed to have worked for about two months but now having troubles again. If I keep my truck above half a tank it never has a problem… anyone know would could cause this or have a similar issues?
