Type 1: 4 lights in 2009-2012 Dodge Ram 1500/2500/3500 headlight housing

If your Ram has 4 lights (as in the below picture), then the high beam and low beam are separate bulbs. The high beam bulb size is 9005, and the low beam bulb size is H11.

Type 2: 2 lights in 2009-2012 Dodge Ram 1500/2500/3500 headlight housing

If your Ram has only 2 lights (refer to the below picture), which means low beam and high beam share the same bulb, the correct bulb size is H13.
