Default 2010 6.7L Diesel 2500 randomly won’t turn over

2010 6.7L diesel 2500 will not turn over if I cannot unlock the door with the button on the fob. It recognizes key/fob in the ignition but will not turn on ignition system. Happens randomly and more often in damp/wet weather or big temp changes. If I wait 5 to 30 mins or so the truck will usually start right up. Red anti theft light is always on. Have already tried a new dodge key fob, new key fob ignition, new batteries, new TIPM/fuse relay box. Still not fixed. Any ideas how to reset the antitheft system as we think this is the issue. Thank you.

I have a 2012 3500 6.7 and my key/fob does the same thing I can try turn the key on and off and nothing happens and then sometimes it will work. and when I go to shut the truck off I can just touch the key slightly and it will shut the truck off.. not good.
