2010 4.7 knocking?

2010 4.7 knocking?
Hello I have a 2010 ram 4.7 155k
just had manifolds done 1k ago,
I’m noticing this ticking/knocking
Sounds more of a knocking on drivers side
sounds like it’s coming from top of valve cover
not sure. Here’s a video from the the wheel well as close as I can get. I’m not a mechanic or anything by any means, just want some advice and opinions!
