I have an 09 Ram 3500 and the moonroof is stuck in the vent open position. I’ve tried “resetting” it- nothing happens! When I press the button to close it I hear it click one time and that’s it. Does that mean I’m going to have to pull the whole rear part of the headliner down to get to the motor? And if/when I do get to the motor is there a way to close it manually?
Also I just noticed that the overhead info cluster is not working either. But really that’s another issue for another time! It is supposed to rain starting at 5am so I don’t have a lot of time to get this thing closed!!!
