Default Both Front Seat Heaters and Lumbar Not Working

I have an odd problem in my 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie. Both my front heated seats and the lumbar control stopped working, all around the same time. I discovered them one at a time but feel like they may have all occurred at the same time. All other seat functions work. On the lumbar, both seats extend out to the full position but will not go back in. Is there a fuse or a bad control module that could cause this?

Welcome to the forum! Please provide the year, model, and trim level of your Ram. Unfortunately, even if your vehicle details are in your profile, they do not appear in your posts by default.

Also, any other details that might be useful to know? Such as, do the indicators for the heated seats (either LEDs or icons in the main screen) turn on, and if so, do they stay on? Have you checked for blown fuses? Does your truck have a heated steering wheel, and if so, does it work or behave like the seats?
