This is the return address from the build sheet they emailed me yesterday.
Not sure if you can email it and ask for one.

Thanks so much for your kind offer to help. Here is the VIN number for my truck. I have never owned anything but 60's and early 70's Chrysler Corp. muscle cars and Dodge pick-ups. The VIN is 1B7HF16Z8RS543322. It is a 1994 Dodge Ram with the 5.9 (360 cubic inch) and it is bone stock. Has all the accessories (to the best of my knowledge) that you can get except power seats. I am the second owner, clean car fax etc. It has 183,000 on the odometer. The original owner had a complete Dodge crate motor installed just prior to me buying the truck in 2005. He drove it approximately 78 miles each way to get to work six days a week. It had a little rust (Nebraska snow and salt) but I cut out the rusty spots and welded in new metal. Old truck actually dont look too bad. At any rate, thanks in advance for your help. Merry CHRISTmas to you and may God Bless you and yours.

P.S. You can e-mail me direct at USMale6076@aol.com. Please put Dodge Build Sheet in the subject.

Well, to show the world that at least one Canadian *can* use the internet, I made a wild, wild guess and went to the Dodge Canada website.

I've got a build sheet and they helpfully informed me that recall 875 hasn't been applied to the truck, and to contact the dealer who will apply it at no charge, 15 years after this particular 96 RAM rolled off the production line.
