Upgraded from my trusty old 1998 Laramie

 

Great truck. You can't go wrong. Its super smooth on the highway. I think those rear springs help the ride especially when its loaded. Had my quad on there and it was smoother than my SUV i used to have.

What is that little pinstripe decal on the side of your bed?? Is that a factory thing??

 

got mine yesterday. sunburst orange sport 5.7 crew cab. got mygig, heated & cooled seats, heated steering, full console....as far as i know, the only things it doesnt have is nav, rear defrost, rambox, and back up cam (probably upgrade to it later). msrp of 45,665, after rebates and employee discount, and down payment, 31,884. got the lifetime max care w/ a few oil changes, and a few other things. couldnt decide between black or orange. seeing them both cleaned up and side by side, orange is 10X better. ill try posting pics whe i get a chance. even better is i think im the first employee at my dealer to buy one.

 

Traded in the 08 BigHorn for an 09 sport in Black. I've had it about a month and dont regret the trade at all. Very noticable gain in HP and Torque specially in passing power. So far I started De-badging (I did one side as soon as the snow lets up i'll finish) I ordered running boards in black: http://www.runningboardwarehouse.com...-cab-2009.aspx And have a REN radio on the way. I pulled out my system from the 08 before letting it go, I will let everybody know if the FoxBox will fit in the 09. Cant wait to see what mods people are doing...

 

anyone get one with the storage boxes along the bed? Haven't seen any pics of one yet. Nice looking rides though.

 

i talked w/ our guy that orders our new vehicles last week. according to him, they just started building the ramboxes. if they were in stock, i mightve considered getting one. oh well, im still very happy w/ mine.
