Glad to hear it worked out and you got your issue resolved. I still think I would be looking for others who have been messed with. There is some pretty good moeny in your wife running a class action suit.

 

Seems like owning this Ram truck has become a never ending saga. After all the problems involved with this Ram Limited truck, seems like wack a mole. Since the weather has now moved to Spring mode here in New Hampshire, I decided to open the sun roof for some fresh air. The glass cover inside the truck is not operational, nor is the actual glass sliding motor, even the rear cab sliding glass does not work. Time to talk to that dealer again. Seems all the switches on the window control in the windshield center do not work. Time to take a look and see if power is available to the switches.

 

Still playing wack a mole with this truck. After paying $135.00 troubleshooting fee to the dealer, still no findings why the Panoramic Sun Roof will not open, nor close. So far 4 visits to the dealer for the next step. The dealer did find that both sun roof motors are shorted, along with the open/close sun shade switch. The cost of repair is $1560, parts and labor. We had already opened another claim with Ram Cares, Customer Service. After a long dialogue with them they offered to refund the cost of repairs less $100. I took the deal, and just deposited the refund check today. Waiting for the next mole.
