I always put tonneau covers on my trucks. I like the Roll-n-lock covers. They will roll up all the way, or just part of the way so you have access to your stuff in the back. It rolls really nice, at least for the first 2 years. First one was on a 2019 Ford F-150 and now it's on my 2025 RAM 150 4X4 short bed. Both of them did have a problem leaking at the very end at the tailgate. Dad had 2 trucks with the same covers, and he had the same leak problem. Don't think they can fix that with soft tops. Dad did have a hard top one time, but it was impossible to take it off by yourself and it seemed like you could never get anything out at the very front of the bed. Looks good though.
Those are my experiences with the tonneau covers and trucks.
