I have an ARE fiberglass bed cover for sale for a 1997-2004 Dakota w/ 6ft bed. It is painted black (PX8), carpeted underneath, fully lockable, and is a clamp-on installation with no drilling. I recently removed it from my 2001 Black RC Dakota R/T, since I really never use the bed to carry or store anything, and don't drive the truck in bad weather. It is in almost perfect condition. It has one thin, tiny scratch near the handle, and a couple swirl marks (nothing that couldn't be polished out). I'd give it a 9 out of 10. I don't want to go through the hassle of crating and shipping, so it will be pick-up only from Peoria, IL 61614. I would also be willing to meet you or deliver it within 100mi of Peoria for a pre-arranged price (i.e. gas + some $). The cover is about3 years old, but has seen less than 3000mi of road use. It was well over $900 brand new with all the options.
