Enkei RP01 5x100 wheels with tires
These would be perfect on a Neon. They are pretty light and are in very good shape. The tires are Bridgestone Potenza 195/60/15. $275 for all 4. I'm located in Pittsburgh but I'll ship at buyers expense.
