1979 D100- $500.00 runs great! pics:
Ext: Fawn
Int: Fawn/Black
225 slant 6
3 spd on column
2wd (sur-grip rear end)
some suface rust, no frame rust
Jr. West Coast mirrors w/spot mirrors
spray/brush-in bed liner
long bed
The Good:
truck runs great (I'm sure most of you know that the slant 6 will usually outlast the rest of the vehicle), but will need a new clutch before long (ocassionally a little difficult to get out of reverse, but doable and the throwout bearing makes noise ocassionally).
newer radiator, water pump, fuel pump, valve cover gasket, plugs and wires, cap and rotor, PCV, carb gasket, steering/alternator belts, exhaust from flange back (no CAT, so if you have to pass emissions on older vehicles in your state you'll have to add one).
Awesome Kelly Wintermark tires on the rear wheels, regular M&S tires on the front
The Bad:
One of my former bosses backed into the front and dented the bumper.
Has a minor blow-by issue that pushes oil out the dip-stick tube after the truck has been running about an hour. Doesn't effect the truck unless you never ad oil.
Minor little dings and dents here and there....it used to be a farm truck so visualize accordingly.
Asking $500.00. The truck is worth more.
Located in Concord, NH, but only for the last couple of years. The truck is from Shelby NC.
Some pics: Sorry was getting used to the site that resizes them so the first one is a little smaller....

Bump for a good truck and a reasonable price. It will be going in the local want ads this week, so if anyone here wants it, better hop to it. I don't expect it to last very long in the Want Ads.

Sorry bro.....I'm not really looking to trade it for anything right now. I really need to get it out of the yard. At some point down the road I'll be looking for a little 4x4, but will probably be leaning toward a Dakota for that.
