how much will it drop my car if i got the front and rear suspention for my 02 neon and will it fit my car

According to the parts store I talked to this morning, The struts and springs will fit any second gen neon (2000-2005). The SRT suspension is stiffer then other suspensions, giving you better handling, but yet the smooth ride still.

Yes, it will fit your car, how much of a drop I have no idea on and don't know how I could get that info for you.
