Does anyone want to buy a 1987 dodge caravan? Body is excelent and front and rear brakes are 100% done. All front suspension parts and drive train have been rebuilt also. Ialso have a 2.6 mitsubishi with headers and carb setup and also with a turbo ,carb set up that makes around 275 horse power. The trans has been rebuilt with alot of tricks but has no posi or low gears. I got too excited when I first installed the 2.6 turbo motor and took it for a maiden voyage before I installed a boost ignition retard, a wastegate, and other high boost safety devices. It went up to 38 psi of boost and felt like a big block road runner for about 8-10 seconds and I let off. On the way back to my garage I said to myself" God, just one more good run and I promise to be good and install the safety devices. So I jumped on the Loud Pedal and it was like seeing the original star wars movie for the first time again. It pulled like a cheetah and reached 80 mph in no time but then the 38 psi boost spanked me big time in the butt and there was a lot of noise. Long story short 4 flatten piston ring lands 1 bent connecting rod. I then bought 4 new BRC custom pistons and had 4 new custom con rods built and new total seal gapless rings. But after 10 years I want to move on to another project. Any Takers?????? longovste2000@yahoo.com
