FS: 4 new 17x7 VSR 4-lug wheels
These are brand new, as in never been mounted. 
VSR brand (made in Taiwan)
17x7
40mm offset
4x100 & 4x114.3
13-14 lb. each (shipping weight is 15)
polished lip
centercaps included
They're supposed to fit 4-lug VWs, Subies, Mazdas, Hondas, Toyotas, etc.
Here are a couple pics:
