The carb is an Edelbrock 600, electric choke, square-flange,model number 1406. I bought itnew a couple years back and used it on my Mustang for a few months and eventually swapped to a 500 because it was more carb than I needed. I paid $259.99 when I bought it, it was in working condition when I took it off and it has been stored inside, that said it is 2 years old, the Edelbrock part number for their rebuild kit is 1477, it was around $40.00 las time I checked on one. I'm asking $150 plus shipping, I can provide pictures if you are interested and feel free to make me an offer.

The scanner is an Auto X-Ray CodeScout 2500B Kit, I bought it earlier this year from O'riellys for $241.99. It will retrieve trouble codes from all vehicles 96 and newer and covers GM 82-95, Ford 83-95, Chrysler 83-95 and Jeep 91-95. It includes the scan tool, the case, users manual, an OBD-II (96 and newer) Cable, GM specific OBD-II Cable, GM OBD-I cable, Ford EEC-IV/V cable and the early Chrysler cable. I have used it maybe 5 times, everything works all the pieces are there 3 of the 5 cables still have factory bubble wrap on them. The shop I am working at now has 2 Snap-On on scanners and I really have no need for this scanner anymore I'm asking $175.00 plus shippingfor it and if you need pictures I can email them, just let me know and I'll consider offers.
