02-up Ram 1500 2wd lift spindles
I have a pair of Rough Country 3" lift spindles for a Ram 1500 2wd 02-Up? I've got a pair on my 04 rc Hemi and they look great.I sold these on eBay but the buyer doesn't seem too interested in paying for them,so I thought I'd try here. They are the only lift spindles out there that will work with stock backspaced wheels.Asking $200 plus shipping (70 lbs-$35-$40) The only way to buy these from a distributor is in a kit form, which consists of 4 shocks, spindles, and lift blocks, and I paid $580 for them. So, not too bad a deal.Of course,if someone is willing to offer me $580..................
I'm interested in the spindles, but concerned by your post here:

Ok,here's the deal. When the truck is jacked up in the air and the suspension is at its highest point, the spindle will come in contact with the swaybar end link when the steering wheel is turned probably 1/3 of the way. When I installed these on my truck,I didn't lower the truck on the ground,so I didn't think I would get full steering travel. But,as I thought about it and how the suspension works,it made sense and I completed the install and haven't had any problems out of the steering or the spindle contacting the swaybar link.As the suspension is raised, the spindle is moved in towards the frame, thus causing the spindle to have limited side to side travel. But,when lowered back to the ground, the spindle moves out away from the swaybar end link.I still have a pair on my truck and they work fine, this is just an extra pair that I'm trying to sell. 1 truck=1 set of spindles. If you need pics to prove this,I'll gladly send you some.I have also done a little off-roading with no problems with the steering being restricted. You can e-mail me direct at dennison3@hotmail.com.Thanks
