Don't know. You would need a 5 inch throttle body neck and enough room on the passenger side for it to sit. Do you have an underhood pic?

If your throttlebody is the same then yes the hat, tube and filter will fit. But the cold air box might not sit in the same location. I'm not sure how the 1500 is laid out underhood.
