Hi all. I originally registered here because I planned to keep my SLT and I wanted to get some good advice about it. It's been many busy months since then and unfortunately I need to sell my truck. The truth is I love the truck but can't afford to drive it.
I recently bought a Saturn that gets 39 mpg highway. I will always want to have some type of truck, but I'll have to find a cheap old one for occasional use.

It's got a few dings and scratches, but noting major. Of course there are some issues with the plastics like on all of these year models. I installed one of the dash overlays I read about on this forum and it worked out pretty well. If you take the time to look at it you can see it's an overlay, but at a casual glance it looks pretty good. At least it stops the dash from further cracking.
I ran the truck through the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds price calculators and it should sell for between $5500 and $6000. I'm going to market it at $6500 and see what happens. I can always keep the winch or stereo if someone wants to lower the price a little.
