Can this module also control (eliminate) the speed sensor/governor ?

i dont think so.

all the module does is advance or retard the speed signal.

Sent you an email a couple weeks ago but got no reply? Very interested. I have a '98 V10 2500 auto that I put 33's on. It's got 3.55's but still does well with the taller tires. Problem is definitely the shift points. Sounds like this is what I need. I'll shoot you a PM - please contact me.
