This extended warranty is backed by Chrysler. It is the best warranty you can buy from Chrysler. You can take the van to any Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep dealership in the country to obtain warranty work. This is Chrysler's "bumper-to-bumper" extended warranty. Basically everything is covered under the warranty except maintenance things like brake pads, tires, maintenance services (oil change), etc. The nice thing about this warranty is that you get a rental car if the van needs service. I have had the van serviced at both Nelson Auto Group in Marysville and Byers Dublin Dodge and I have gotten a rental car each time I have gone there for warranty work.
