I get lots of smart phones from a guy in New York who owns a shop. I buy phones from him and pass them on to friends for what I get them for. Works out real well for everyone, but not this time. The girl I got it for backed out the day before I got the phone, so now I'm stuck with a phone I won't be using.

It's an iMate Jam with the following specs:

It's a really nice phone with no scratches on the screen, and maybe a few light ones on the case. Can be used with any carrier that uses a SIM card (t-mobile, at&t, cellular 1, etc...). It doesn't lag like most windows mobile devices, which is a major plus. It also has windows media player, and there are TONS of other applications you can put on there. The only downside is that the phone doesn't come with a charger, but it uses the same charger as any camera or the moto razr's, and you can pick them up for $10 at best buy, or like $2 on ebay.

I paid $120 shipped, so I'm just looking to get my money back. I will let her go for $120 + shipping, which should only be a few dollars.
