i have a black cap on the back of my truck it has the slider window in the front as well as sliders on the sides . i can get some pics up in the next day or so ... i live in the south burbs of chicago Il. it is in excellent condition .

iam not sure what all years this will fit ... but it is sitting on a '98 extended cab right now .
