This, might be a streach but i have a 78 440 came out of a 73 dodge pickup, It ran when pulled but it has sat for 3 years and we pulled the heads and found some pits in the cyl. so it probably needs to be bored, I've ran engines with out problems with pits for miles but whose to say that wasn't luck, I've had a couple of people interested off and on for 250, and have seen other cores go for around there. What i'd like to trade for is a high milage running 318 magnum. If in southern iowa or around the Madison wi, area i'd delever and swap engines. THanks for looking.
