2002-2008 ram sport mirrors w/chrome covers

i have a set of used in great condition power heated non tow sport mirrors with the chrome covers on them make me an offer i want them gone just sitting around taking up space.
i can get pics if needed

Can the chrome cover come off?

Are the factory Dodge OEM mirrors?

How does $40 shipped sound for the passenger side mirror if the chrome cover comes off?
