2001 Dodge 2500 Custom Project Truck Sale/Trade MUD or SHOW
I am offering my 2yr long project that I just can't find the time to finish. Its a 2001 Dodge 2500 reg cab and its an auto. The truck is a running drivable project. Needs little here and there parts put back on and painted. The truck has a lot of money and work in it. Here is just a partial list of everything that has been replaced with new or used parts:
Cab - Yard - No Rust
Doors - Yard - No Rust
Bed - Individual with minor rust
Tailgate - Yard - No Rust
Front Bumper
Rear Bumper
Engine - Jasper Motor
Tranny
Transfer Case
Tranny Pan - New From Dealer
Oil Pan - New From Parts Store
Almost all of the Brake, tranny, fuel lines
Fuel Pump - Brand new
Leaf Springs w/ overloads
Brake pads
Brake calipers
Front driveshaft
Battery
This truck was not wrecked. It had some rust issues so I basically tore it down to the frame and rebuilt it. Along with replacing parts, I also installed some aftermarket parts:
3in body lift
New 33" thornbirds
New white rock crawler rims
throttle body spacer
black headers
flowmaster dual catback exhaust
hypertech power programmer
tailgate handle relocator - installed needs painted
taillight fillins - not on
rear roll pan - not completed
bully single steps
The truck was a non power truck and didnt have cruise or a/c. We installed power windows, locks, a/c, cruise.
Title and odometer both have 15k miles. Thats very low miles for this year of truck. Most 09s probably already have this if not more. Thats why I decided to rebuild it into maybe a show truck. Looking to sell or trade. Truck comes with everything to finish including the paint (white with ice blue pearl). I have well over 15k just in parts for this truck. I pretty much built a brand new truck. Lists above are both partial (just what I can think of off hand). Price is 6k obo. This is a good running and drivable truck with a little work itll be a very nice mud or show truck. It runs and drives. Just drove it on a 120 mile road trip on the interstate.
