For Sale: Rebuildable 3.2 liter Engine
I'm located near detroit michigan and I'm reposting my Craigslist ad here to increase my coverage.
I have a Chrysler (Dodge) 3.2 liter (litre) engine that has a spun rod bearing (2nd one in from the front)
not sure what year, possibly 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002
purchased from a local Chrysler parts department after it had sat for several years because of non-payment of bill by previous owner
it was supposedly a low mileage engine with reworked heads
was used in a 2.7l Intrepid conversion but driven less than 50 miles before spinning the bearing
Inside appears clean with little wear, negligible ridge on cylinder walls
As can be seen in the pictures it has now been torn down for inspection and if no one is interested in the complete engine I'll consider parting out
i.e. Block, Crankshaft, Heads, Intake Manifold, Top Plastic Intake Housing, Oil Pan, Wiring Harness, Valve Covers
Engine has been stored the past 2 years and it is missing the Right Front Timing case Housing, it was used to replace a broken one on the engine that replaced this one.
