I have a 46RE for sale, out of a 2000, 2500 4x4 with the 5.9L gas. The unit was professionally rebuilt at 96,713. It currently has 116,519 on it, thats 19,806 since a full rebuild. The rebuilt cost me $2265, have receipt. Will sell for $650. Transmission shifts like new, no problems. Remote oil filter was always used. Transmission includes:
