CB - PC78Elite + Mod

Soon after I purchased the cb, I had a 12w dead key mod done to it.
I bought the cb to use in my truck and had it mod'd like I mentioned. I mounted it up but never really used it so it litterally is brand new. I paid $130 for the cb + $60 for the mod (have reciepts) so I have $190 into the cb. I am knocking $51 off of what I have into it, plus I am eating shipping costs too in hopes someone will put this cb to use like it was intended.
