Most mods acceptable or completely stock
Preferable color is black, but any color is good (and changable)
Preferably located in Texas, but not limited to TX
If it could be shipped to Amarillo, TX I can buy plane ticket back (if reasonable)
Preferably under $11,000, but can be negotiated
