I have a New Process 231-D transfer case that I just took out of my 93 Dakota LE 4WD with 5.2L V8 and 4-spd auto tranny. It works in 2-Hi, but 4-Hi and 4-Lo aren't working. I replaced it with another 231D that does work. The case is good, no cracks, etc., as are the yokes and shafts. Could be rebuilt, but I don't know the condition inside the case...could be minor or major. I can ship this if the buyer pays the freight...I will have to get an estimate on that based on zip codes. Asking $150 OBO.
