$18.5 for an '03... GOOD deal? haha i payed almost half that for mine... are prices really that inflated over in CA?

Prices are that inflated..

The truck has very low miles.. Thats a plus

That is what I am thinking. You can buy a brand new quad here in Florida for that or a loaded one that is a year or 2 old, not 7 years old though. Might not have much, but you get the warranty.
