Default 2004 Ram Cold air kit and cd changer

I have a cold air kit I got from Dodge parts dept. that was never installed after I purchased my ram, and also a cd changer that I mounted under my rear seat but never used or hooked up. Guaging interest on what they are worth. I am located in West Haven, CT. I am going out to the garage shortly to check for part numbers etc to get a more accurate description or the CAI and the cd changer so I can figure out what models they will fit besides mine.
Thanks
Ron H.

p.s. this CAI is for the 5.7L Hemi

The part number on the box for the CAI is #4510920 and the number on the box for the cd changer wiring/install kit is 82207482.
I do not have the original box for the cd changer itself as I installed it in my truck but I just never ran the wiring so it is unused. I guess I would want 200 + shipping for the CAI as I believe it's around $300 new and I would take 200 + shipping for the cd changer and install kit. I believe the changer is the one in this link :
