I can't lose that much, it's brand new in the box, i didn't have it on the truck for any time at all.

Do these covers actually save gas or is it a myth regarding the airflow of a truck and the bed.

They keep your shi t dry. The hard tops keep your shi t safe.

Really, so do the soft ones. I had one on an old truck for 10 years and no one EVER opened it up to see what was inside. Out of site, out of mind. And alot of the new soft ones, you need to open the locked tailgate to get them open. If someone was walking around with a knife and cutting open random covers just to see what is in there, you would be screwed. But I really don't see that happening.
