Correction, this is the 19 Ultra III, not DX IV, I've had it for over a year and used it a handful of times, mainly to talk to my other friends who have them in their trucks 
. It is in great condition and great working order. Everything is all wired up, all you need to do is plug it into a 12V outlet. This also comes with a 2 1/2 foot CB antenna, the antenna has a magnetic base so you can put it right on top of the roof of your vehicle. I'm asking $50 shipped.
